Tim Wilkinson is Partner Capital Markets Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, focusing on institutional money flow to the Romanian market and transactional advisory.

Over the past 15 years, Tim has been involved in some of the most pioneering and significant transactions in Romania. He joined the office in Bucharest in 2004 and set up the commercial divisions of the business over a period of 8 years, acting as Managing Director from 2006. He was responsible for coordinating the advisory services for occupier and landlord clients in the office, retail and industrial sectors, as well as supporting the development of the professional service departments, including valuation, investment, research and property management activities.

Tim’s real estate background spans 18 years of experience in the CEE region, working within the DTZ Polish and Hungarian offices, as well as the London office for a period of time. On projects, Tim's experience extends to the markets of Georgia, Bulgaria and Moldova.
