Biljana Vlajic

Investments and Developments Director, Public Utility Company "Parking Servis"

Biljana is an Investments and Developments Director at Public Utility Company "Parking Servis" where she has been responsible for the delivery of major projects, for almost 20 years. Biljana graduated in Urban Planning from the University of Belgrade where she also obtained a Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. She is passionate about well-designed, environmentally responsible and optimally delivered buildings and is a qualified LEED Green Associate.

Her major recent successes are delivering the newly refurbished, super smart and environmentally friendly Car Park at Obilicev Venac, Belgrade for which JKP Parking Servis won the European Parking Associations award as the best European development for 2019.

Her role at JKP Parking Servis, Belgrade is the setup, organisation and responsibility for the performance of two departments: as well as leading, planning, controlling and directing the development process, provision of documentation for construction, reconstruction, renovation and repair of buildings.

Biljana’s role includes analysing potential locations for new parking facilities, investment and business planning, as well as the design and delivery of new development for Parking Servis.

She is also responsible for sustainable construction projects implementation in accordance with LEED certification.
