About REBEC

REBEC 2010



REBEC (acronym from Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition & Conference) is the fair and conference event, established in 2008, complying with the model of the most famous Real estate fairs worldwide – such as MIPIM and MAPIC in Cannes, EXPO Real in Munich, REAL Wienna in Austria and Expo Italia in Milan.
Established with the objective to set the platform for collecting of information, networking of developers and investors, attracting foreign investors and presenting the potentials of real estate development in Serbia. Organized in such manner, REBEC opens the possibility to present the accomplished results and acknowledge the potentials of real estate market development in Serbia and the region.
REBEC gathers the investment and construction industry experts who convey their international and local experiences. This three-day event, trough the exibition and conference panels, offers presentations of best-practice models, analyses of the existing projects by the leading experts and points out our country’s perspectives in the spere of investments, also giving the opportunity for the atendees to gain information and new professional knowlege.
REBEC provides information on the latest news on the real-estate development field in the region, summarizes the most attractive segments and types of projects, according to the investment possibilities, answers the qustions regarding the role of investment funds and their stimulation of the market, discusses the institutional settings and the relation of the state with the real estate market ...
Despite the current global economic situation, Serbian real estate market shows a certain vitality and even greater potential. Serbia is facing changes on key legal regulations regarding the field of construction and the status of land ownership; Belgrade, as the country’s capital, is speaking in urban terms, descending only now to its two rivers, Danube and Sava; the leading international hotel brands are opening towards the Serbian market, and the methodology of project and facility management is getting more and more used as a support to the investors in their efforts to develop, conduct and maintain new projacts. In such a spectrum of ideas, the REBEC’s vision is to summarize potentials and positive trends of Serbian real estate market into one recognizable event on the local field with an informative platform. 

Rebec 2009


The second REBEC took place from 22 - 24th June 2009 in Sava Centar, Belgrade. Combining the following real estate exhibition and conference as the main event, REBEC analyzed the current themes regarding the real estate business, though 7 panels and 4 events on the fair itself, offering the overall image of the Serbian real estate market, connecting local experts from this field to the international colleagues, prominent experts and investors.
Compared to the REBEC 2008, the following year REBEC event has provided a wider event, enrichened with 2 panels. One of them was related to the current topics on FM Industry while the other referred to the development of residential construction.

An international exhibition and conference REBEC took place on 23 – 25th June 2008 in Sava Centar in Belgrade. The conference was consised of 7 panel discussions:
