Branislav is founding partner of Živković-Samardžić, one of Serbia’s leading full-service independent law firms, practicing law in the areas of corporate, real estate and commercial services from 1988.
Branislav worked as a trainee in the Dejan Živković law office from 1988, and subsequently as an inependent attorney at law until merging with Nebojša Samardžić and establishing of Živković Samardžić law office in 1988.

Expertise and Consulting Focus
Branislav’s consulting expertise is primarily focused on M&A transactions, privatiozations, corporate structure, joint ventures, commercial contract drafting, real estate and project financing, Insurance and Tax Law. As one of the managing partners, he is in charge of coordinating cross-border transactions and international cooperation within the LGP Legal Solutions Network consisting of independent business law firms covering the South East European region.
