Stojan Semiz is a local partner at CMS Belgrade and head of the Real Estate and Project Finance Team. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions and strategic transactions, principally in the real estate sector and has been involved in many high-profile corporate deals throughout the CEE region. Stojan has broad experience in restructurings, divestitures, buyouts, strategic joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and development of significant properties and portfolios. In the corporate and corporate finance matters, Stojan advises clients which include financial institutions, investment banks and private equity firms. In the leasing area, Stojan has represented several clients in connection with their headquarter leases. He has also handled all leasing activities for several major landlords in the City of Belgrade. Stojan is fluent in Serbian and English, and has an intermediate knowledge of German.
