Đorđe Pavković – Bugarski, Executive Director, Hauzmajstor

Đorđe Pavković-Bugarski (41) is Executive Director of company Hauzmajstor from 2008, leading Serbian company in property and facility management services. Đorđe has more then 10 years experience in Real Estate market adn related services. Prior positions was General Manager of Common Sense consulting company from 2005-2008 and various technical managerial positions in Holcim Italia from 2001-2005.
Mr. Pavković is responsible for Business Development, Business Planning, Operational management and Project Management. His major clients are Erste Bank, VIG Group, Blue House Capital, Banca Intesa, Raiffeisen Bank and Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank. Djordje was one of the founders of Real Estate Committee within Foreign Investors Council in 2009 and was the Committee head for 3 consecutive years.
Mr. Pavkovic graduated from the Faculty of Civil Enginnering at the University of Belgrade in 1998. He finished MBA in SDA Bocconi Milano in 2000.
