Milica Nikolić - HEAD OF OFFICE BROKERAGE AT CBS INTERNATIONAL

Milica Nikolic is the Head of Office Brokerage for six years now in a leading real estate consultancy CBS International, Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network. Milica is responsible for most lease transactions in this sector, including tenant representation of the key international blue chip companies. With over 10 years of hands on experience in the real estate market, Milica's reference clients feature some of the most renowned companies such as Citi Bank, PepsiCo, Univerzal banka, Australian Embassy, to name a few.

She is also the key account manager for Blue Centre project, 30,000 sq m development, the only certified green building in our market. She was also the key account for GTC Square, 25,000 sq m development in New Belgrade leased out to clients like Roche, Bosch, Erste Bank, PS Tech, Tetrapak etc.

Furthermore, Milica is in charge of handling all GCS clients referred to the office by CBRE Global Corporate Services Team.


BACKGROUND

Prior to joining CBS International, Milica was a real estate consultant in EFG property Services covering the network expansion of the biggest exclusive client Eurobank EFG.
