Marko Obradovic is a Project Manager at the Belgrade office of Horwath HTL, a company that was founded in the United States nearly a century ago and today represents a global leader in consultancy services in the field of hotel, tourism and leisure industry.

Holds a Graduated Economist degree from Faculty of Economics/Department of Foreign and Domestic Trade at the University of Belgrade in Serbia and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Kennedy School, Harvard University in the United States.

In the public sector, he worked on strengthening of the capacity of public administration in Serbia as an Expert on Mission, and deputy director of the UNDP Project. In public sector he was also a Financial Markets Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus. In the private sector, he worked as a Chief Advisor on the project of establishing the first investment fund in Serbia, CEO of Air-taxi company and then as a Corporate Advisor to the owner of the largest private company in Serbia - Delta Holding. At Harvard, he worked as a teaching assistant at "strategy, competition and market regulation" class.

Extensive professional experience in Serbia and abroad in the public, private and academic environment enabled him to successfully perform as the Main Expert of Horwath HTL Belgrade for analysis of macro-economic environment, management and strategic planning, operational management and evaluation of the market, competition, public policies and other segments of business environment related to HTL industry. Specific knowledge and skills in negotiations, presentation and strategic analysis of the problems and motives of related stakeholders, enabled him to actively provide consulting services in the tourism and hotel projects in negotiations with management companies, financial institutions and other stakeholders, as well as the preparation of projects for investors market.

Through the Horwath HTL Belgrade office, he has been engaged in projects in Kazakhstan, Mozambique, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro.
