Slaven Moravčević is a partner with Moravčević Vojnović i Partneri in cooperation with Schoenherr specialising in real estate, corporate/M&A, telecommunications and energy. As head of the Montenegrin desk Slaven caters for the needs of clients seeking to invest in or expand their business in Montenegro. Slaven has extensive experience in the real estate sector and advises investors and developers on the acquisition of real estate via asset and share deals, including tax structuring and financing; the development of real estate, from permits, to building contracts to lease contracts; sale and lease back; claim management; real estate related litigation; joint ventures and PPP projects; structuring real estate funds; innovative capital markets transactions and restructurings. He acts as general counsel to the Government of Montenegro, and frequently acts for Deutsche Bank and the EBRD.
