At the recently held investment fair MIPIM- Le marché international des professionnels de l'immobilier in Cannes in 2013, the Subotica Municipality representatives had a chance to present their projects, both greenfield and brownfield projects related to tourism development.

According to the statement of Mr. Guslov, the permanent promotion and continuous presence, participation characterized by high quality performace, in as many as possible international events where potential investors are gathered, has an added value in the scope of the growing needs and expectations of increased investments in Serbia.
