II INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE –
REBEC (Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition&Conference)
June 22-24, 2009, Centre Sava, Belgrade, Serbia

The comprehensive regional business event dedicated to real estate sector will be organized in Belgrade for the second time. After great success that the premiere, last year’s event achieved, the second REBEC – Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition & Conference – will be held in Centre Sava in Belgrade between June 22 and 24.
Being the combination of an accompanying real estate exhibition and a conference as the main event, REBEC deals with all relevant issues in real estate business through seven panel discussions and four events within the exhibition part of the manifestation and offers the most comprehensive view of the real estate market in Serbia by connecting local participants in this business with the leading international experts and investors.
In spite of the current global economic situation, real estate market in Serbia shows certain vitality and even greater potential. Serbia expects introduction of certain changes in the key laws dealing with construction sector and status of building land; Belgrade, as the capital city, is being urbanistically expanded to the banks of two of its rivers – the Sava and the Danube; the world’s leading hotel chains are entering Serbian market, while the project management methodology is more and more present as a support to investors in development of their projects – these are only some of the reasons why the real estate in Serbia is the business of the future, and these are only some of the themes that will be thoroughly and professionally analyzed at the 2nd REBEC (Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition&Conference).
