V CEE Property Forum Vienna, 19th September, 2017

There is only one week left till beginning of V Property Forum in organisation of Portfolio. Traditionally it is held around half of September in Vienna, at HOTEL PARK ROYAL PALACE near Schonbrunn Park. With the exclusive support of RICS Budapest, this congress is primarily devoted and dedicated to its members and the speakers are predominantly members of this world-renowned organization. This year there will be 70 representative speakers, who will present current situation of development of real estate investment projects in the CEE region. The audience is diverse and varied in its specialization and the presence of more than 400 visitors at the event was already confirmed twenty days ago.

Five key themes are selected and lined up for this year by usual form and each has its own introductory presentation with the exclusive keynote speakers. Bearing in mind the growing trend of development in the region of SEE and given size of the market and the level of investment, one panel is specifically dedicated to Romania. After that, following panel is dedicated to general development of SEE region. Topics on that panel are related to the real estate market of Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. From five speakers on this panel, three come from Serbia and one from Croatia and Bulgaria, which in itself further confirms the excellent positioning of the development of real estate market in Serbia.
