Dilek Sezer, Development Director South Eastern Europe, Accor

Dilek leads the development of Accor’s portfolio in South Eastern Europe within Accor Northern Europe.
Dilek who fell in love with hospitality during her engineering studies started her hospitality career with Accor over 30 years ago in Turkey and moved to the UK where she held a large number of management positions including Multi-site General Manager and Area General Manager for Ibis and ibis budget UK, both in London and the wider UK regions.
Dilek joined the Accor Eastern Europe Development Team as Development Director to oversee growth of Accor’s diversified brand portfolio in South Eastern Europe in 2018 with main focus on Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. Dilek is a key figure in the Accor Eastern Europe Development Team within Northern Europe.
Dilek, who is a graduate of IHMP- International Hotel Management Program by Accor Academy – ESSEC – Cornell has passionately been involved in various projects over the years.
Dilek in her spare time enjoys reading, raising funds for various charities and discovering different cuisines.
