Josip Sertic, Director, Alsus Consulting, Croatia
Josip Sertić has been the director of the consulting company "ALSUS CONSULTING" since July 2020, where he and six associates manages an investment portfolio of more than USD 200 million with a focus on the health sector, infrastructure and energy. „Alsus Consulting“ provides support in financing and development of public and private projects therefore since July 2021 is responsible for the development of projects of the National Hospital „KBC Zagreb - Rebro 3“ and „Infectious Diseases Hospital Fran Mihaljević“.
Sertić received his PhD in civil engineering from the „University of Zagreb“ and continued his studies at „Aalto, Supelec and Reading Universities“. He gained experience in structuring financing, development and project management while he was working for „Ernst & Young“ and „PriceWaterhouseCoopers“. In both cases with a strong focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
