Nino is responsible for complete expansion process for Balkans region. Leading expansion for 3 countries, Croatia, Serbia & Slovenia finding and analyzing locations/commercial spaces/land plots/projects to lease or purchase, presenting projects to international AmRest board, leading project team for every site until it becomes a restaurant, negotiating for final price and all commercial terms of lease/purchase contracts, defining architectural terms, marketing activities and general responsibility for a restaurant until the restaurant is opened and after.  Responsible for Asset management of opened restaurants. Units  taken  care  of  are  KFC  (Kentucky  Fried  Chicken) restaurants,  Pizza  Hut  restaurants  and Starbucks coffee shops.
 
From December 2012. to August 2016. he was Expansion manager in REWE Group, Billa d.o.o. Zagreb. From december 2009 – december 2012. He was expansion manager in LIDL Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d. In Keppler Saunders d.o.o. trading as Croatiansun, from 2008. – 2009 he was Property investment advisor and in 2007. he was Key account manager in MEMRB IRI d.o.o. and  in VODATEL d.o.o. Zagreb  he was Business sales manager,  responsible for sales of Internet infrastructure, optical TV and telephony to big companies.
