With a career spanning more than two decades in luxury hospitality, Tim-Martin Weber has developed a strong foundation in leadership roles across some of Europe and Africa’s most distinguished hotels.
Over the years, he further honed his expertise across multiple countries, including Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, and Tanzania with Kempinski Hotels. With a rich background of this international expertise and a deep knowledge of every aspect of the hospitality industry, he returned to Switzerland in 2017, where he spent six years as Hotel Manager at The Chedi Andermatt, playing the leading role in building and driving the success of this luxury resort, combining an outstanding luxury hotel operation and pioneering one of the first residential living models in Switzerland.
In 2024, he joined the Appenzeller Huus Resort as General Manager, eager to bring his strategic leadership to one of Switzerland's most ambitious hospitality projects. The creation of this exceptional wellness destination, led by Appenzell-born entrepreneur Jan Schoch, has been a passion project of Tim, contributing to its bright future. In the meantime, he is involved in the development and conception of another unique arising property named King’s Fountain in Belgrade, Serbia.
