Kristina is the Principal and Head of Hospitality Advisory at Horwath HTL Croatia, with over a decade of experience in hotel and real estate developments. Since joining the company in 2013, she has led more than 80 projects across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, specializing in development concepts, investment planning, operator search, and strategic negotiations. With a strong academic background in Finance and an Advanced Certification in Real Estate and Hotel Investment from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Kristina combines strategic insight with a practical approach to delivering tailored solutions. She has a proven track record in securing project financing and fostering brand partnerships with leading international hotel operators.
Her project portfolio encompasses a broad spectrum of hospitality assets, ranging from boutique and urban hotels to luxury resorts, glamping and camping developments, mixed-use complexes, and large-scale convention centers. Kristina is a certified Real Estate Broker and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cornell Hotel Society’s Alpe Adria & Eastern Europe Chapter.
