Nataša Lalović Marić is a Partner and a fully qualified Serbian attorney, cooperating with Law Office Miroslav Stojanović. Nataša has more than 15 years of experience working in the fields of corporate law, capital markets, insolvency, PPP/concessions, commercial litigation, intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution. Over the years, she has advised a multitude of international clients on various forms of investments in Serbia, capital markets issues, as well as with respect to various disputes involving commercial matters. Nataša holds a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets Law. She is listed as one of the Permanent Arbiters of the Serbian Arbitration Tribunal.
