Uros Vukomanovic, Managing Director, Soravia Real Estate Development, Serbia

Uros has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He is currently serving as the General Manager of Soravia Real Estate Development, which he joined in 2018. Prior to joining Soravia he worked at Colliers International as the General Manager responsible for several countries in the SEE region. Uros also worked at UniCredit Bank, as a relationship manager in the project financing department, as well as a valuation specialist in the collateral management department. With Colliers Internationals, he was involved in several large scale projects, from the largest retail portfolio valuation as buy side consultants in 2015, to several portfolio valuations for international clients, local Banks, as well as NPL portfolio valuations in Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro.
Uros Vukomanovic is a licensed valuator under Serbian law, board member of the Serbian Society of Appraisers, and is member of MRICS.
