Boris Ignjatović, Managing Director, ZEPTER Real Estate
Mr. Ignjatovic is an accomplished International Executive with over 20 years of professional track record from the USA, Europe and Africa, who joined ZEPTER Real Estate in 2015. He possesses extensive experience in Real Estate investments, asset management, development, property and facility management, banking, construction, debt/equity financing, joint ventures, M&A, due diligence, workouts, disposals, management consulting, retail, leasing, sales, etc.
ZEPTER Real Estate is managing one of the largest real estate portfolios in western Balkans, by optimizing the value of multiple assets while creating and executing portfolio strategies for 380.000 m2 of existing retail, office, logistics, hotel and industrial buildings, with 350 active lease contracts.
ZEPTER Real Estate is also spearheading investments and development of over 1.000.000 sqm of mixed use projects, including residential, office, retail, hotel, marina and warehouse projects.
Together with Chinese partner YIHAI Group, ZEPTER Real Estate is developing a mixed-use project “ZEPTERRA” in New Belgrade where start of construction is planned for September 2019.
Mr. Ignjatović has graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte USA, and proceeded to MBA at The University of Sheffield, England. He has also completed several project management courses, and is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and English, with knowledge of German, Russian and Spanish.
