Predrag Filipović is a development manager at Delta Real Estate and he is currently engaged in development projects in the real estate sector for Delta Holding. He started his career at Delta 19 years ago as commercialist for grain programme, continued as a Forex market analyst. He actively participated in tender and auction privatization for the needs of Delta Holding. For a long time he was the director of the broker-dealer company Delta Broker and the investment management company Delta Investments. He spent some time in the banking sector in the affairs of the director of the assets, payment and liquidity sector at Universal Bank. For the last 4 years, he is again a member of one of the most important regional real-estate investor - Delta Real Estate, successfully developing projects like shopping malls, retail parks, hotels and office segments.
