Nikola Matic is a qualified Engineer with over 25 years experience in Engineering in infrastructure and buildings sector. He is especially experienced in multi disciplinary project studies covering different segments integration under the FIDIC model of contracts. His experience embraces planning, procurement, contract management, implementation and Project&Cost management of many projects in areas of land transportation, infrastructure facilities and building sector. He has strong Leadership skills, strategic thinking, team motivating and open minded approach.
He has large experience in implementation of FIDIC based Projects: management of the procurement team in IFI financed Project, preparation of bidding and contractual documents.
Mr. Matić is Driver of the Digital transformation in Construction Sector in Serbia and cofounder and member of BoD of BIM Serbia. Also he is very experienced in negotiation, mediation, claim and contract management and problem solving on locally funded projects, as well as in DAB - Amicable Settlements.
Over the last 10 years Mr. Matic has been engaged in round tables and trainings referred to the Legal, Technical and Claim & Disputes aspects of FIDIC use in the Projects. As of March 2017 Mr.Matic is listed on national PRO list as Adjudicator for 3 years
