Ladislav Tomašević, General Manager, EFG Property Services

Ladislav Tomasevic has been present on the investment market of Serbia since 2001. From 2004-2006 he was employed at Colliers International in Belgrade. He was responsible for evaluating real estete,complex analyzes related to the domestic property market, dealing with the management and optimizing of databases. In 2006 he started working in EFG Property Services, where till 2009  he was the director of the agency responsible for providing services related to real estate  development in EFG Bank and third parties. In this period, he was seeking clients positioned at Ušće Shopping Mall
and Immo Center in Belgrade, as well as Nork center in Novi Sad.

Since 2009 till today, he has been the Director of EFG Property Services. As already experienced manager, he  nurtures and is in favour of initiative, team spirit and flexibility. He effectively manages the available time, is good at analyzing problems, and  in the selection of possible solutions, finds the one with the optimal time of implementation.

He completed MBA studies at the Faculty of Economic, Belgrade University, with a particular specialization related to international marketing.
