Costanza Russo is a   Partner in the Winston & Stawn London office. She focuses her practice in cross-border
project and infrastructure finance with an emphasis on transport infrastructure and renewables, general financing, corporate lending, and real estate financing. Ms. Russo has more than 10 years of experience assisting International Financial Institutions (IFIs), commercial banks, governments, corporations, and sponsors in the financing and refinancing of major projects, mainly in Eastern Europe. Ms. Russo was named “Assistant Solicitor of the Year” by The Lawyer Magazine in 2008.
