Petar's practice in McGuireWoods focuses on all aspects of corporate real estate work with primary emphasis on commercial acquisitions, real estate finance and real estate management both in the UK and mainland Europe. He has represented institutional investors, foreign and domestic banks and a wide variety of other commercial real estate investors. He has also represented offshore investors on residential acquisitions predominantly in London. In the UK, recent transactions have focused on real estate and development finance deals for both lender and borrower. In mainland Europe, Petar has worked closely with Merrill Lynch with recent transactions focusing on central and south eastern Europe and Russia.

While earning his LLB degree, Petar received an Erasmus Award during his placement at Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
