Violeta Jovanović, NALED Executive director has ten years of experience in managerial positions within USAID programs of democratization and economic development, complemented by continued efforts on preparation and implementation of donor-funded projects. Experienced in development of independent and self-financing associations with institutional support. Standardization and certification of small and medium-sized companies targeting increased competitiveness of Serbian economy and local governments. Coordination and cooperation with international organizations and government institutions in an effort to secure long-term support for the business community at large. Engaged as an educator and mentor in training programs related to management and leadership. Actively contributing to the preservation and of Serbian traditional heritage and employment of women in rural areas as the chair of Ethno Network.
