Norbert Bálint is an associate in the Wolf Theiss Budapest office. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss in 2008, Norbert has worked at Clifford Chance. Norbert specialises in full-scale advisory of power plant construction projects, domestic and international litigation (ICSID, ECJ), ECT issues, concession agreements, PPAs, electricity production, network contracts, renewables, gas supply and tolling structures both in Hungary and in other Central European countries. He also assists clients in real estate development and acquisitions, construction agreements and greenfield investments. Furthermore, Norbert has been closely involved in telecoms regulatory matters and regularly comments on sector related topics.
