Jože Podgoršek, President of the Real Estate Asociation FIABCI Slovenia

Joze Podgoršek  has been since 2003 a member of Slovenskega nepremičninskega udruženja – FIABCI (the Real Estate Asociation FIABCI Slovenia ). 2008-2011held the position of vice-President. For the position of the president of the Slovenskega nepremičninskega udruženja – FIABCI he was elected for the period 2011-2015. Also, since 2003 has been a member of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, the Department of real estate transactions. Since 2009. has been a member of Nepremičnine SLO+CRO group. Since 2013 he is the President of the Management Board of the Nepremičnine SLO+CRO group.

Becomes General Manager of the Croatian property market “Mreža Nepremičnin d.o.o.” in 2011.
In 2011 he has initiated a professional and interest association of Slovenian and Croatian experts dealing in  real estate operations and mediation. He is the founder of the Slovenian Roundtable since 2012 which is related to the topics of the real estate transactions, intended for experts, architects, economists, bankers and advisers. In early December 2012, in Ljubljana he launched an initiative to organize a trilateral gathering of professionals from Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia, who for the first time sat together and discussed the state of the real estate markets of each market separately and together.

With its contributions and energy, he works on achieving the recognition of local markets as well as the linking of experts specialized in the real estate sector and on achieving a greater recognition of the branch in the local and regional direction. Since April of 2014, at trilateral meetings in Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade,  the professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina joined these meetings, too. Jože Podgoršek is the founder and director of HIŠKA  ABC Ltd. This organization was founded in 1999, and is specialized  for the activities of real estate management and brokerage on the markets of Slovenia and Croatia.
