Takuya Aoyama, Balkan hotel expert

Since he began his first role in hotel development in 1996, Takuya has worked in companies including Holiday Inn Worldwide, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, sourcing and negotiating hotel agreements in Japan, Korea, Micronesia, CEE, the Balkans and the former Soviet Union.  
He closed many iconic deals, including the St. Regis Osaka, Andaz Prague, Hyatt Regency Tashkent and Hyatt Regency Aro Palace Brasov.
He currently lives in Switzerland and is in the process of establishing his own advisory practice focusing on CEE and the Balkans.
