Today, Dragan Zivković is a technical advisor for financing commercial and residential real estate at ERSTE Bank AD Novi Sad, with a portfolio of realized projects worth 1.5 billion euros.
The areas of expertise in the current position are feasibility study analysis and definition of technical project risks in the pre-construction phase, analysis and budget management of construction projects, financial and technical monitoring of construction projects and expert opinions on the status of constructed real estate.
