Working in the international Real Estate environment, Slobodan Mihajlovic has been involved in the development of almost all segments of management and project development. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, he has gained expertise in all aspects of his role, including direct involvement in managing large-scale projects encompassing real estate agency network development, residential and commercial property development, hotel resorts, industrial parks, greenfield and brownfield projects. He has managed projects with a total value exceeding 350 million EUR, conducting comprehensive market research and implementing the latest technologies in their realization.
He was a pioneer in the application of software solutions in real estate commercialization and is the author of the first real estate commercialization software in Serbia. Through his involvement in projects, he has promoted the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in planning, construction, and property management. He holds an EMBA title related to the application of BIM technology in integrated project management.
Furthermore, Slobodan Mihajlovic is a CMAS ** scuba diving instructor.
