Agnieszka’s remit includes over 90 operating hotels and resorts, and another 30 hotels in pipeline across Europe. She plays a vital role in ensuring localization alongside supporting efforts around service, brand design and brand marketing and culinary experiences to deliver on each luxury brand’s differentiation and promise.
Agnieszka joined Marriott International in 2008 and most recently served as Senior Director, Luxury Brands in Europe, Middle East & Africa, leading halo luxury hotels openings in the region. Prior to this, Agnieszka held the position of The Area Director of Marketing in Western Europe & Maghreb, and The Regional Director of Communication in Central and Eastern Europe.
