Adrián has over 15 years of experience working in the CE and SEE real estate markets. He is Head of the Valuation and Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield and a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Adrián is accustomed to value all types of assets including offices, logistics, retail buildings, development land and residential properties. He has extensive experience in both co-ordination of high value cross border portfolio valuation instructions for accounting purposes and the provision of loan security valuations for a variety of lenders for a range of commercial property types, including mixed-use development schemes.
In addition to his roles and responsibilities in Hungary, Adrián and his team also plays a regional role servicing client requirements in South Eastern Europe.
