Further Expansion of Poseidon Group in Serbia

As stated by Mr. James Gunn, the director of Poseidon Group in Serbia, at the opening of the first in the row of retail parks, that this company will further develop in Serbia, in the next 4 to 5 years, approximately 10 retail parks will be built.

The next location is already determined and it is in Sombor. It will have the the same concept of development as the retail park in Šabac. Having in mind the success of the Capitol Park in Šabac, they will start developing the first location in Belgrade, without waiting for the Sombor retail park to be finished. For now, it has been decided that the Belgrade location will be on the territory of the Municipality of Rakovica.
