New Retail Park Opened in Šabac

On Thursday, 3rd April 2014, the new retail park was opened in Šabac. The investor, Poseidon Group from England has been present in Serbia for several years. Capitol Park is the first modern retail park development in the city Šabac, comprising of a retail area of 9.850 sqm, offering 17 retail units and 395 parking spaces.
About 150 people from Šabac and nearby places found their new jobs here.

As stated by Mr. James Gunn, the director of Poseidon Group in Serbia, this is a really great success for this company. Having in mind the needs and expectations of the retail market in Serbia, the experience itself acquired during the development of this project with their partner, the company „YU Kapital“, is entirely positive and just enough for future ventures.



This is why Poseidon Group in Serbia continues its further expansion on the local market, estimating that there is a lot of space in Serbia for investments in the infrastructure sector and other real estate projects.  It is true that in Serbia a bit more time is needed for planning, but even though this represents an additional need, it inevitably leads to a guaranteed success.
