FESTLENT Official Recognition and Registration, May 30, 2018.
On May 30th this year, the initiator and REBEC founder, FESTLENT LtD was registered for the Continuing Professional Training of Licensed Appraisers. According to the decision, number 401-00-1796 / 2018-16. the Minister of Finance, Government of the Republic of Serbia had decided that FESTLENT has achieved the necessary organizational, programmatic, professional and expertise reach within the legal framework.
This is another indication that REBEC, in its ten-year practice and tradition, had set a good foundation for the originally imagined event – conference devoted strictly to the investment property development, only to be finally recognized and established as an educational character event.
For this REBEC 2018, which will be hosted by the Hilton hotel for more than two weeks, it will be an additional stimulus for valuers (already enviable number of over 100 licensed valuers) to participate, share, refine and expand their theoretical and practical knowledge along with more than 100 speakers and 200 other visitors and guests.
Analysing the surrounding market, besides the Property Forum held annually in five different European cities and supported by RICS office in Budapest, REBEC is the only event in the ex YU market (and the rest of the SEE region) which has similar importance, specialization and valid certification.
