REBEC on FIABCI 2015
One-day professional gathering in Ljubljana on 22nd of October this year had a special significance. For five years in a row ,,FIABCI Slovenia’’ hosted over 100 participants. At the V International regional conference dedicated to real estate development, visit from Serbia was the largest so far. This year there were many more participants from Croatia and Serbia then in the previous ones. A lot of members from the other FIABCI departments were there too. You might even say that this is unusual when you
consider the achieved ranking of FIABCI conference in Slovenia.
That the conference was a great success shows the visit of newly elected President of the World Association of FIABCI, Mr. Kirkor Ajderhanyan and Mr. Antonio Campagnoli, regional president of FIABCI Europe, the Middle East, and also the president of FIABCI Italy Department.

Since 2012 one of the highlights of this regional conference is a panel on which professionals from Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia discuss on the actual state of markets, followed by a half-hour discussion.
This year the regional panel was expanded with a presentation of Italian and Austrian market and this has for sure upgraded the quality and importance of this event. Panel on the development of large real estate complexes as well as a panel dedicated to the topic of the development of investment projects in the region attracted a lot of attention. Therefore we would like to accent IKEA project, which will start with the construction next year near Belgrade.
According to the large number of visitors and thematic concept of FIABCI, we can assume that the one next year will a even bigger success.
