A cursory review of the awardees indicates that this year there were 9 awardees in 11 categories. Also, most likely the key / most important criterion of the winning solution was the fact that it was built next to Ili on the water. We hope that next time, for the 35th time in a row, on March 13th, this ceremony will have an additional festive character.
