Denis Sikljan is the founder and CEO of DDG Group, a Croatian company for tailored end-to-end development solutions and expert guidance for investments in large scale projects. Under his guidance DDG Group became an international associate office of Savills PLC, one of the world's leading property advisors and developers.
Denis has over 20 years of experience in regional investment services for residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use projects, built upon the foundations of both the design & build business, and his former real estate sales business.
Currently, his company is proudly building Croatia's first Marriott hotel, also managing reconstruction of one of the largest resorts in the Region, and is initiating a mixed-use development set to become a landmark in Northern Croatia.
