Maria Romanova, Leasing Manager, GTC Bulgaria
With more than 20 years diverse and extensive background in real estate, in 2017 Maria Romanova joined GTC Bulgaria team and is currently heading all leasing operations in the office portfolio of GTC Bulgaria, which comprises over 52,000 sq.m of class A offices.
Prior to joining GTC Group, Maria was Head of Leasing for another large real estate developer in Bulgaria – Bernard Investments, overseeing the office and retail properties of the company and securing highest levels of occupancy rate.
Between 2012-2015 was part of Cushman and Wakefield team in Bulgaria. For 3 years she has been having a key role in the office department, providing consultancy and representation services for all major office projects in Bulgaria as well as exclusive tenant representation.
For the period 2007-2012 was working in the Bulgarian office of the largest Greek real estate developer _ Lamda Development, being in charge of the plot acquisitions for the future developments and projects of the investor.

Her portfolio of corporate clients includes blue-chip companies such as Deloitte, DSK -OTP Group, VM Ware, Actavis, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Modis, Concentrix, World Bank, Commerz Bank and etc.
Maria holds Master’s Degree in Finance Management from Svishtov University and Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.
