Abdurrahman Ozyavas entered the restaurant industry in 1995 and has been working in various departments of the food and beverage sector for the past 29 years. Additionally, Abdurrahman actively serves as a columnist for Franchise Market Turkey magazine.
In his 13-year career at BigChefs, Abdurrahman Ozyavas started as an Operations Manager and later served as the General Manager for the company's operations in Germany. He also held partner positions in three different joint ventures. Additionally, he successfully led the entry into the German, Dutch, and Belgian markets from scratch, and oversaw the opening and management of 26 branches in Turkey. For the past 8 years, he has been working as the Director of International Expansion, enabling BigChefs to enter 14 different countries in Europe, MENA, CIS, Far East and Balkan regions.
