Otis Spencer joined P3 in May 2018 as CIO, responsible for ensuring the performance of the P3 portfolio meets shareholder expectations. His core role includes the establishment of a long-term strategic investment & divestiture plan, oversight of all M&A activities, and strategic portfolio management.
Spencer has 25 years’ experience in the European real estate sector. Previously, he worked at Peakside Capital, KSP Real Estate and was Head of Portfolio Management at Heitman for seven years. He also worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management and RREEF.
Otis is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and features on a number of panels regarding the European property markets and is a member of the office/mixed-use council of ULI. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Mr. Spencer earned his Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Real Estate designation from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
