Martin Elezović, M.Sc. Mech. Eng, BREEAM, Valuer & Revisor

Mr. Elezovic is a graduate engineer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. From 1998 to 2001, he worked at the University of Belgrade, and then by 2007 he was an energy efficiency consultant at EnPlus. Since then, he has been working at Atrium Consulting in Belgrade where he is an Executive Director and Procurator. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Green Building Council of Serbia. Also, the ambassador of EuroFM/OneFM in Serbia. He holds licenses for BREEAM and DGNB green certification systems for green building. During his career, he was responsible for managing projects of the LEED and BREEAM certification, energy audits, dynamic simulations of energy consumption and comfort in Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Poland, Slovakia, UK, UEA, Botswana, etc.

He is a member of the MGSI technical working group and team leader for the preparation of the first Cost-Optimization Study for Serbia, as a basis for future regulations, and according to the requirements of the EU directives.
