Jacqueline is founder and Director of. Her work encompasses sales and acquisitions of real estate assets, landlord and tenant representation, feasibility studies, valuations and other advisory services. She became a member of the RICS in July 2017.
Slovenia Invest was founded in February 2008. Hotel invest was launched in February 2015. The team of five comprises real estate professionals from three countries. Both companies are carbon neutral.
Jacqueline has been responsible for the sale of 14 hotels in CEE, making her the number one hospitality broker in the region. She holds the Certificate in Hotel industry analytics from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
In the past two years Jacqueline and her colleagues have valued 127 properties, concluded 130 rental transactions of office, retail and industrial, and successfully sold/acquired 12 commercial real estate assets on behalf of Clients, which include Banks, Institutional Investors, High net worth individuals, local and international Companies.

Jacqueline is considered an expert in the Slovene real estate market, and regularly contributes articles to Slovenia’s daily financial newspaper and other print and broadcast media.
