Vedrana Likan, EMBA, RICS, Managing Partner, Colliers International, Croatia
Vedrana joined Colliers International, global leading investment and real estate advisors, in 2006. In early 2007 she was promoted to General Manager and in 2009 took over Managing Director position, when her main responsibilities became business management and operational leadership of Colliers business in 3 countries - Croatia, Slovenia and BiH. In 2014, she became Managing Partner. As the shareholder of the business, she continues to further develop the business while retaining company’s leading position on all three markets. Since 2016, besides running regular operations, Vedrana focused also on attracting investors from Middle and Far East to Adriatic region, SEE and CEE.
Her 10-year career prior Colliers was in communication management. In 2008, she initiated the establishing of Croatia Green Building Council. She was First-Vice President at AmCham 2009 until 2013, and in 2014 got elected for the President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Croatia.
After University of Political Sciences in Zagreb, followed by UN Academy and EU Academy for political development, she graduated at EMBA International Business School. She is an accredited RICS professional.
Vedrana is regular guest lecturer at RIT Croatia; University of Zagreb - Faculty of Economics; and Croatian Institute of Finance. In 2012, she has been awarded “Woman of the year” by Government office for Gender Equality. Besides being guest speaker, panellist and moderator, she is also program coordinator and concept advisor to number of Real Estate Conferences and Investment forums in the SEE and CEE region.
In 2019 Vedrana became a juror at Emerging Europe Awards - initiative recognizing projects and individuals contributing to social
and economic growth within 23 countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus; and at CIJ Europe, the leading commercial real estate news provider across CSEE that honours Elite Real Estate developments, companies and service providers.
