Dr Cabarkapa is a Senior Partner and a Board Member at Geotechnical Consulting Group LLP, a well-regarded international geotechnical consultancy based in London. Zeljko is a qualified engineer, being a Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Civil Engineers in London, a Fellow of the Geological Society and a Visiting Professor at City University, London. Zeljko has over 30 years’ experience of engineering and construction projects in the UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, Far East, North Africa, South America, Central America, Australia and Caspian Region. That experience includes design, procurement, construction, foundation testing and commissioning, monitoring, and reviews of major projects in the real estate, logistics and infrastructure sectors.

Zeljko has had the benefit of working worldwide for employers and major contractors, in senior positions acquiring project and commercial management skills. Zeljko has hands-on expertise in geotechnical engineering, technical due diligence, conceptual project structuring, development and execution of the projects and risk management. Zeljko has been appointed on a number of occasions as a geotechnical expert and has given evidence in various judicial forums, including ICC Arbitrations, mediations, adjudications and the English Technology and Construction Court (TCC).
