Bernhard Öetsch, CEO, AFC, Austria

Bernhard Öetsch finished Technical University of Vienna. In 1980. He founded company for technology of windows and in 1988 he founded aluminum facades consulting (AFC) company, both of which he is 100% shareholder and CEO. Mr. Öetsch realized projects in over 30countries. AFC worked with world famous architects such as: Norman Foster (4 projects), Zaha Hadid, Skidmore Owings and Merrill, Murphy Jahn, Jean Nouvel, Cesar Pelli, etc.

For 2 Years National Austrian CEN delegated for curtain walls (CEN = Comité Européen de Normalisation). Austrian National Consulting Award in 1993 was bestowed to Mr. Öetsch. Arbitration-Board for large Austrian projects between General Contractor and Investor is one of his responsibilities.
