Vladimir Milovanovic is one of the founders of 3lite, an independent Project & Business Consultancy, where he leads company’s activities in Procurement Advisory, Contracts & Claims, Project Risk Control, Cost Consultancy and Recovery of Distressed Projects.
Vladimir has 15 years of top level leadership experience in Construction Project Management of large and mega projects in USA, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. His expertise is in Project Control Mechanisms, Design & Construction Management, and Contract Management under various standard contract forms including FIDIC, AIA, and ConsensusDocs. Vladimir brings practical experience from managing over 100 contracts on projects totaling $ 2.5 billion in value, and working with expert teams on design, construction, claim and dispute resolutions involving world’s largest construction companies and law firms. Vladimir holds an Honors degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from University of Malta.
