W. S. Habib, Managing Director of RWD holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University. He has over two decades of experience in the field of real estate sector. He is a first-generation entrepreneur.
 
In 2006, he formed RWD along with Ramky Group of Hyderabad with a unique vision to achieve the highest standards of engineering excellence and raise the benchmarks in innovative lifestyle. Ramky & RWD has combined experience of 10 million sq. ft with projects in Chennai & major cities in South India.

• He is the President of CREDAI Chennai, also he has served as Treasurer & Secretary. Very actively involved in various committees.
• He is the GCB member of CREDAI TN, EC – GC member of CREDAI National.
• Former Director General for United Economic Forum Chamber of Commerce & the Chief Architect for the successful Trade Summit 2015 & 2017 as Convener.
• Along with his family he runs few Schools & a Women’s College in South India.
• He is also the Office bearer & also sits on the innumerous Boards of Educational Institution & Social Bodies in his state -Tamil Nadu.
