Arn Willems, Managing Director, Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC), Croatia

Arn Willems has been Managing Director with Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC) since 2011. GTC is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) with a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). One of the leading commercial real estate companies in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, the Group has since 1994, been developing high standard, modern office and retail properties throughout the region.
Within GTC he is responsible for all of the company’s activities in Croatia as well as new retail developments in Serbia. Prior to joining GTC he was partner with CBRE having worked on numerous retail and mixed-use schemes in Central and Eastern Europe including in Croatia, where he is based, as well as in Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia. He is a founder and board member of the Green Building Council of Croatia. He has an MBA from the IEDC School of Management in Bled, Slovenia and speaks regularly at various conferences throughout the region as well holding guest lectures at the Zagreb School of Economics.
